The husband and wife owners of Lambkill Ridge, a fifteen-acre parcel on the southeast coast of Nova Scotia, used their lot for camping, and when they imagined building on it, if they built, they thought they might erect a boathouse and camping structure. A chance encounter with architect Peter Braithwaite while they were walking their dogs led to something completely different. Well, two somethings: a pair of small cabins lifted above the boreal.
