In 2003, Scotland passed a law granting everybody access to private land for recreation and education, provided they act responsibly and reasonably. These rights extend to Scottish citizens and visitors alike. In the decade-plus since, plenty of wanderers and roamers have taken advantage of the policy and used it to spread the gospel of land access for all. This 17-minute film is a gorgeous explanation of the policy and a window into a trip taking advantage of it.
