Ha! This is funny because this is where I live and how much is made of flowers even though so few are grown here now. As a side note though Lompoc does have some of the best road and mountain biking in California. We are only 20 miles from Solvang and people will often bike from San Francisco to LA on Hwy 1 which means they have to go through, and usually stay at, Lompoc.
