Suspension Therapy = Therapy for Bike and Soul

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a mountain biking video that so perfectly captures the buzz of riding, the beauty of western B.C., the stupid silly fun of North Shore trails, and that makes me want to drop every single thing in my way and get out there. The short film was created by Matt Dennison as a promo for Arthur Gaillot and his new business venture, Suspension Therapy, which helps riders get their full-suspension rigs fully dialed.

Watch and prepare to be stoked. Then read this NSMB interview with Gaillot about the importance (and difficulty) of getting your bike shocks properly tuned.

Thanks, Graham

Nice find man, that is awesome. I was just up there but didn’t have a chance to ride.

That had the rare and curious impact of turning my thoughts (if only temporarily) from skiing back to biking, regardless of the date on the calendar. Thanks for sharing.

Makes me proud to live on the Shore. I read the article a while back, and I’m going to get them to tune the suspension to my new ride. For those of you contemplating a trip up or a brief ski interlude prior to Whistler…do it. The trails are perfect now, tacky but drained and we’ve got good weather for the next few days. You can rent bikes and/or trail guides, chat with the good folks at Endless Biking (http://www.endlessbiking.com/).
That being said I love how they make “Ladies Only” look so flowy and easy to ride. It’s terrifying.

Arthur is simply put one of the most talented riders out there and man does he know his boingy bits.
